Invented in the 1870’s, the combination square has been an essential tool used for multiple purposes in general construction, metalworking, stone masonry, and woodworking. However, for all that it could do, it was still lacking. That is why LaGesse Products introduced the “LaSquare”. Our combination square offers a 2” wide base that can be used on odd shaped materials such as square tubing, handrail, pipe, crown molding, masonry, and numerous other materials.

This patented design, made in the USA, makes squaring jobs easier, reduces work time, eliminates the need for extra tools and is used in all trades. The extra wide precision hardened aluminum base brings added stability giving this square a distinct advantage over traditional squares as it gives true line accuracy on multiple contact points.

The LaSquare is armed with a clearly visible built-in level and comes standard with a 12” stainless steel blade that is precisely etched in 8ths, 16ths, 32nds, and 64ths.
